Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This page explains, in plain language, what information Blueprint360 (“we” or “us,” operated by MainQuest Intelligence) collects when you use our website and tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@blueprint360.app and we’ll be glad to help.
What we collect
- Your name and email — when you create or use an account (passwordless sign-in). We use your email to send a secure one-time link. We never use passwords.
- Terms and acknowledgements — when you tick the required boxes, we store an auditable record (name, email or access code, both acknowledgements, whether you asked for product-update emails, Terms version, and time) in our database, and also on your account metadata when you sign in with email.
- What you enter — the figures you put into our calculators and the Roadmap. These are used to generate your results. They’re only stored if you choose to save a roadmap to your account. When you save, your plan inputs are encrypted in your browser with a passphrase you choose before they leave your device. We store the encrypted copy (plus a label and score for your list). We do not receive your passphrase and cannot decrypt your private saves. If you forget the passphrase, that save can’t be unlocked — you can rebuild the plan and save again.
- Friend shares (optional) — if you use “Share with a friend,” we store a short-lived encrypted snapshot (up to 7 days) so the unique link works. Results or full roadmap shares are encrypted in your browser with a friend code you choose — we do not receive that code and cannot read the shared numbers. You choose whether to include names, and you may put the friend code in the same message as the link for convenience (or send it separately). You can also share a blank Roadmap link with no plan data. This is separate from saving a roadmap to your email account. When the link expires, that snapshot is no longer available.
- Basic technical data — standard information like your browser type and general usage, which our hosting providers log to keep the site secure and working.
- Feedback you send us — if you use the feedback box, including any email you optionally provide for a reply.
How we use it
We use your information to run the tools, show your results, authenticate you, save and reload your roadmaps, generate the optional AI insights, keep the service secure, improve the Service, and reply when you contact us. If you tick the box to receive occasional updates, we may also email you about Blueprint360 (you can ask us to stop any time by writing to hello@blueprint360.app).
We don’t sell your data
We never sell your personal information. We only share it with the trusted service providers that help us run Blueprint360 (such as our hosting, database, email delivery, and — for the AI insights — an AI provider), and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How we keep it safe
Private roadmap saves and friend-share snapshots use passphrase encryption on your device (zero-knowledge for plan inputs): even we can’t read those numbers. We also follow industry best practices for the rest of the service, and account data is stored in a secure database hosted in Canada. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected.
Your choices
If you don’t save a roadmap, we don’t keep the numbers you entered. You can view or delete your saved roadmaps at any time (encrypted ones need your passphrase to unlock). You can ask us to delete your account and information entirely by emailing hello@blueprint360.app.
Cookies and browser storage
We use your browser’s storage for essential things — like keeping you signed in, remembering a device unlock from an access code, and remembering your place. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking. You can clear this any time in your browser settings.
For adults
Blueprint360 is meant for adults (18+) and isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
