Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and MainQuest Intelligence (“Blueprint360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Blueprint360 website, calculators, Roadmaps, AI insights, accounts, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, entering your email to receive a sign-in link, redeeming an access code, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Do not make money decisions based solely on the Service. Confirm anything important with a qualified professional who understands your full situation.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended for adults (18 years of age or older) located in Canada, for personal or internal business educational use. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 and have capacity to enter this agreement. You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law.

2. Educational tool only — not advice

Blueprint360’s calculators, Roadmaps, scores, projections, charts, comments, and optional AI insights are designed to help you learn and explore. Everything shown is an estimate or illustration based on (a) the information you enter, (b) general assumptions (including rates of return, inflation, taxes, longevity, and government benefits), and (c) simplified models that cannot capture every real-world rule, exception, product, or market outcome.

Results will differ from actual outcomes. Tax rules, CPP/OAS, pensions, corporate tax items, RDSP rules, and investment returns change over time and depend on your personal facts. Using the Service does not create an advisor–client, fiduciary, or professional relationship with us. You alone are responsible for your financial decisions.

3. AI-powered insights

Optional AI insights are generated automatically from plan numbers and related context. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your circumstances. Treat them as informal suggestions only — never as advice — and verify anything material with a qualified professional.

4. Accounts and sign-in

Some features require an account. Sign-in is passwordless via a one-time email link. When you create or use an account you agree to:

Provide accurate information (including your name and email);
Keep control of the email inbox used for sign-in links;
Not share sign-in links or allow others to access your account; and
Notify us promptly at hello@blueprint360.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

5. Access codes

Access codes, if offered, are a limited courtesy. They have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we say otherwise, and may be rate-limited, revoked, or discontinued at any time. Redeeming a code does not create a paid subscription or guaranteed ongoing access.

6. Free Service; no service-level guarantee

Blueprint360 is provided as a free educational Service (a passion project) unless we expressly offer paid features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of data, or any particular feature set. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice.

7. Saved roadmaps and your copies

If you save a roadmap to your account, it is stored so you can reload it while the Service is available. Online storage is not a backup archive. You should keep your own copy of anything important (for example using Print / save as PDF). We are not responsible for loss of access to saved roadmaps if the Service changes, is interrupted, or is shut down, or if your account or data is deleted.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not, and must not attempt to:

Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or extract our calculation engines, models, prompts, or non-public technical details;
Probe, overload, disrupt, or compromise the Service or related systems;
Bypass access controls, rate limits, or authentication;
Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
Misrepresent outputs as certified advice, audits, or official government figures; or
Use the Service in any way that harms us, other users, or third parties.

The Service — including software, text, design, branding, and underlying models — is owned by MainQuest Intelligence or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended educational purpose. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, database, email delivery, and AI APIs). Their availability and practices are outside our full control. Your use of linked third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise that results will be correct, complete, current, or suitable for your needs.

Because Blueprint360 is a free educational Service, you use it at your own risk.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MainQuest Intelligence and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your financial or other decisions; (c) your content or data; (d) your breach of these Terms; or (e) your violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By creating an account you acknowledge that we will process your name, email, and related account data as described there.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. We will change the “Last updated” date on this page when we revise the Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, indemnity, and IP) will survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by law.

16. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service. Headings are for convenience only.
